1. Eligibility & Minimum Age (18+ Policy)

By accessing or using iExploreYou, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to use this platform or transmit any personal inputs through it.

2. Acceptable Conduct & Statutory Due Diligence

Pursuant to Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you agree that you shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, or share any information that:

• Belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right.
• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, or hateful.
• Is harmful to children or encourages money laundering, gambling, or violence.
• Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
• Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly communicates false or misleading information.
• Impersonates another person or contains software viruses or destructive computer code.
• Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order.

3. Publisher Scope & Limited Intermediary Classification

Content Authorship Delineation: All self-discovery questions, personality archetypes, scoring algorithms, compatibility narratives, daily prompts, and journal articles appearing on iExploreYou are original works authored and published directly by the platform. With respect to this authored material, the Operator acts as a First-Party Content Publisher.

User-Generated Content: Strictly with respect to personal messages transmitted by users through features such as Our Little Memory Capsule (written letters and recipient replies) and user-chosen nicknames, the platform acts as a conduit storing and transmitting electronic records on behalf of users. In this limited capacity, the Operator seeks safe harbour protection under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 to the extent applicable, subject to observing due diligence under Rule 3 of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021.

Note: This classification and safe harbour scope remain subject to ongoing review by qualified Indian technology legal counsel. The Operator does not claim unilateral exemption from applicable statutory obligations.

4. Intellectual Property & Non-Commercial License

All software code, visual artwork, character illustrations, editorial question copy, and layout designs appearing on iExploreYou are protected by Indian and international copyright laws and belong exclusively to Maurya Om Amarjit.

You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the site and print or save generated keepsake summary reports for your own private, non-commercial enjoyment. Any commercial reproduction or mass data extraction is strictly prohibited. See our Copyright Notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The website and all related services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Because this platform is provided entirely free of charge, the Operator shall have no financial liability to you for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, and any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

You expressly agree that the competent courts situated in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive territorial jurisdiction over any legal suit, claim, or proceeding arising under these Terms.
