We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access the site and download or print individual assessment keepsake summary reports solely for your own private, non-commercial enjoyment.

Strict Prohibitions: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, republish, distribute, broadcast, or create derivative commercial works from any artwork, question set, or software component without prior express written permission from Maurya Om Amarjit.

2. Notice & Takedown Procedure (Copyright Claims)

The primary governing intellectual property statute for iExploreYou is the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 (as amended) and Rule 3(1)(d) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021. For international parties or notices routed through US-based hosting intermediaries, we also accommodate standard DMCA notice formats. If you believe in good faith that any content hosted on iExploreYou infringes upon your copyright, please send a written notification containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including the exact URL or session token).
• Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.
